<p>By using Jivonsri (“<strong>we</strong>”, “<strong>our</strong>”, “<strong>us</strong>”)—including our mobile app, website, and related services—you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.</p>

<p class="small">If you do not agree, you should not use Jivonsri.</p>

<h2>1) Eligibility</h2>

<li>You must be at least <strong>13 years</strong> old (or local age of consent) to use the services.</li>

<li>Parents/guardians are responsible for accounts of minors.</li>

<h2>2) Services</h2>

<li><strong>Doctor Consultations:</strong> Video/audio/text consultations with licensed doctors (telemedicine).</li>

<li><strong>Online Pharmacy:</strong> Medicine ordering and delivery through licensed pharmacy partners (valid prescription required where applicable).</li>

<li><strong>Daily Guidance:</strong> Personalized routines, reminders (water intake, medicines, follow-ups), and health articles.</li>

<li><strong>Problem-Solving Hub:</strong> Connect with verified experts for non-medical issues (education, career, legal, finance, social, etc.).</li>

<li><strong>Other Features:</strong> Scheduling, secure messaging, and digital payments.</li>

</ul>

<h2>3) Medical & Safety Disclaimers</h2>

<li><strong>Not for Emergencies:</strong> Jivonsri is not an emergency service. In emergencies, call your local helpline (e.g., 112 in India) immediately.</li>

<li><strong>Telemedicine Consent:</strong> By booking a consultation, you consent to receive telemedicine services and understand their limitations.</li>

<li><strong>Prescriptions:</strong> Only registered medical practitioners may issue prescriptions. Some medicines require in-person examination as per law.</li>

<li><strong>Pharmacy Fulfilment:</strong> Orders are fulfilled by licensed pharmacies subject to availability, legal restrictions, and your location.</li>

<h2>4) Your Responsibilities</h2>

<li>Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.</li>

<li>Use the services only for lawful purposes; do not misuse, abuse, or attempt to bypass security.</li>

<li>Respect doctors, experts, partners, and other users.</li>

<li>Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; you are responsible for all activity under your account.</li>

<h2>5) Payments & Subscriptions</h2>

<li><strong>Plans:</strong> Monthly subscription options (e.g., ₹51 / ₹99 / ₹151) shown in-app; features may vary by plan.</li>

<li><strong>Billing:</strong> Processed securely via trusted gateways or Google Play in-app billing (taxes may apply).</li>

<li><strong>Auto-Renewal:</strong> Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.</li>

<li><strong>How to Cancel:</strong> Manage/cancel via your Google Play account → <em>Payments & subscriptions</em>.</li>

<li><strong>Refunds:</strong> Once a service is delivered (e.g., completed consult), refunds are not automatic, except as required by law or our posted policy.</li>

<h2>6) Problem-Solving Hub (Non-Medical)</h2>

<li>We connect you to domain experts (e.g., legal, career, finance) for guidance. This is <strong>advisory</strong> and not a substitute for formal engagement or representation.</li>

<li>You are responsible for decisions you take based on guidance.</li>

<h2>7) Content & Intellectual Property</h2>

<li>All app content, trademarks, and branding are owned by ONS 3 Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.</li>

<li>You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service unless expressly permitted.</li>

</ul>

<h2>8) Privacy & Data</h2>

<p>Your use of Jivonsri is also governed by our <a href="/privacy" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Privacy Policy</a>, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.</p>

<h2>9) Prohibited Uses</h2>

<li>Fraud, impersonation, harassment, hate, exploitation, or unlawful activity.</li>

<li>Uploading malware, attempting to breach security, scraping without consent.</li>

<li>Violating medical, pharmacy, or telemedicine regulations.</li>

</ul>

<h2>10) Limitation of Liability</h2>

<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable law.</p>

<h2>11) Indemnity</h2>

<p>You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONS 3 Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and partners from claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.</p>

<h2>12) Suspension & Termination</h2>

<p>We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or suspected abuse. You may stop using the services and request account deletion anytime (subject to legal/medical record retention rules).</p>

<h2>13) Changes to Terms</h2>

<p>We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. We’ll post the latest effective date at the top of this page.</p>

<h2>14) Governing Law & Disputes</h2>

<li>These Terms are governed by the laws of India.</li>

<li>Disputes will first be attempted to resolve amicably via <a href="mailto:support@jivonsri.com">support@jivonsri.com</a>.</li>

<li>If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat in Uttar Pradesh, India.</li>
